Most orders are processed within 1-3 days and the majority are shipped via USPS Priority. Some lightweight packages will sent via USPS Ground Advantage. Some heavy packages may ship UPS.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Pottery is heavy and I have tried to do my best to keep the costs down as much as possible. If the shipping total doesn’t look right on your order – please contact me before completing the order and I will double check the weight and adjust the shipping cost if possible.
Large and/or heavy orders may be split into two or more boxes. Bread baskets and some of the larger Queen’s Anne’s Lace wall hangings may ship individually no matter the number of items in your shopping cart.
International order? Please contact me for a shipping estimate before placing your order. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Breakage? If you discover an issue with breakage that has occurred during transit, please contact me within 72 hours of receiving your package. You must include photos of the item and original packaging so that I can process the USPS insurance forms.
Refunds: All sales are final. if there an an issue with your order, please contact me within 72 hours of receiving your order so that I can make it right.
